摘要
目的：探讨子宫颈癌合并糖尿病围术期的护理方法。方法：对42例子宫颈癌合并2型糖尿病患者的临床资料和护理结果进行总结。结果：住院18～28d，术前治疗5—7d，均顺利完成手术治疗计划，无一例发生糖尿病并发症，切口1期愈合。结论：恶性肿瘤伴发其他合并症的患者，手术前正规治疗并发症，围术期加强护理，可以使患者顺利完成手术。
Objective：To investigate perioperative nursing methods for cervical cancer and diabetes mellitus. Methods：The clinical data and nursing results of 42 cases with cervical cancer and diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Results：Hospitalization 18-28 d, preoperative treatment 5-7 d, preoperative treatment were successfully completed surgery treatment plan, without diabetes complications occurred in 1 case, 1 healing of incision. Conclusion ： In patients with malignant tumor with comorbid other merger,before the operation, regular treatment combined character and reinforce perioperative intensive care, can make the patients were successfully completed surgery.
