新型光机引张线仪的研制

摘要 针对传统的人工引张线仪使用复杂、测量误差大等问题,结合大坝变形监测需求,设计了一款新型光机引张线仪。测试分析表明:其观测精度达到0.05 mm,分辨率为0.02 mm;该仪器具有量程广、精度高、操作简单、使用方便等特点。 Due to some defects such as complex operation and large errors of the traditional artificial wire align-ment transducers, and under consideration of the needs in observation for dam deformation, a new style of mechani- cal wire alignment transducer has been developed. The test results indicate that observation accuracy and resolution of the new transducer reaches 0.05 mm and 0.02 mm respectively. Moreover, the new transducer has advantage of large measuring range, higher precision and easy to use.
