On Marx's Criticism of Rationality from the Contemporary Perspective

早在十九世纪四十年代马克思就开启了对理性化资本主义的批判,沿着马克思理性批判方向,西方马克思主义特别是法兰克福学派继承了异化劳动理论,将马克思的研究方法延伸至对晚期资本主义社会批判中。在当代视野下,对于促进我国当代工业社会的科学发展、生态文明建设和现代性问题的反思等方面,马克思理性批判思想都彰显出重要的现实意义和时代气质。

In the early eighteen forties, Marx launched the criticism Rationalized Capitalism. Along with Marx＇s criticism, Western Marxism, especially Frankfurt＇s School inherited the alienation theory of labor, and extended Marx＇s research method to the criticism of late capitalism. From the contemporary perspective, the important implication of Marx＇s criticism of rationality has been revealed for development of modern industrial society of China, ecological construction, the criticism of modernity, which further shows its characteristic of era.
