大学生心理健康教育重心的“积极”转移

The "Positive" Shift of the Focus of the Psychological Healthy Education of University Students

我国大学生心理健康教育一直在消极视角下以"问题模式"推进。近年来西方兴起的积极心理学运动,秉持积极的人性视角,肯定人的美德与力量,关注人的潜能与幸福,形成了声势浩大的"积极"浪潮。它一方面凸显了当下大学生心理健康教育"问题模式"的缺失,揭示了重心转移的重要性和必要性;另一方面也阐明了大学生心理健康教育从消极走向积极的理论依据,并为实践层面实施重心转移提供了操作定位。

The psychological health education of Chinese college students has been conducting from a negative view and focusing on mental problems. Positive psychology movement, which rises in western country in recent years, takes a positive view to human and believes in virtues and strength of the human, focusing on human potential and happiness. It forms a massive ＂positive＂ wave. On the one hand, it highlights the deficiency of ＂problem model＂ and reveals the importance and necessity to shift the focus. On the oth- er hand, it also illustrates the theoretical foundation of positive psychological health education and makes the focus shift operational in practical aspects.
