摘要
近几年,福建正在大力发展劳务派遣,并且在法律制度框架体系上彰显出自己的特色,甚至在多方面走在全国的前列,起着引领与示范作用。特别是政府政策的扶持以及对派遣员工的权益保护两方面比较突出。为了促使劳务派遣能够更加规范健康的发展,宜在派遣公司的准入、派遣岗位的"三性"界定、派遣员工与第三方实行同工同酬、同工同时、同工同权等几个主要问题上进行创新,进一步完善劳务派遣法制。
In recent years, Fujian is to develop the services dispatch energetically, with the legal institutional framework on the sys- tem highlighting its own characteristics, even in the nation in many ways as the forefront, playing a leading role model especially prominent in government policies to support and protect the interests of sent employees. To facilitate the services dispatch to develop in a more standardized and healthy way, it is proper to carry out institutional innovations in the major issues concerning companies' entry in the dispatch positions, the definition of the "three-natures" of the dispatch positions, implementation of policies of equal work for equal pay, equal time for equal work and equal right to equal work for the sent employees and the third party in order to fur- ther improve the legal system of services dispatch.
