摘要
大学生村官已成为当代中国社会的一个新群体。由于工作性质及培养目标不同,大学生村官比传统村官所受到的管理更严,肩上的担子更重,导致一些大学生村官在工作心理、工作环境等方面感到很不适应。基于此,对大学生村官与传统村官在自我效能、乐观、韧性和希望等诸多心理资本方面所表现出来的差异进行了探讨,并提出了大学生村官与传统村官心理资本提升的对策建议,以更好地激发大学生村官与传统村官在新农村建设、新型城镇化建设、伟大中国梦的实现中发挥更大的促进作用。
University-graduate village officials have become a new group in the contemporary Chinese society. Due to the difference of the nature and goal of education, university-graduate village officials undergo more stringent management with heavier burden, which cause some psychological and environmental inadequacy at work. Based on this, the thesis has carried the questionnaire survey and in- depth interviews on the differences revealed in the various elements of various psychological capital of the college-graduate and tradi- tional village officials as regards their respective self-efficacy, optimism, tenacity and hopes in Xiangtan, Hunan. It also points out some countermeasure and suggestions on the promotion of the psychological capital of both college graduate and traditional village of- ficials so as to better stimulate them to to play a greater role in promoting the new rural construction and the new-type urbanization to the great realization of the Chinese dream.
