宫颈病变合并HPVE6/E7mRNA阳性进展较快患者1例 被引量:1

摘要 1临床资料 患者,女性,44岁,汉族,已婚,绝经3年,绝经后无异常排液及出血,于2011年6月10日进行体检,做常规宫颈液基细胞学检查,结果:无鳞状上皮细胞内病变;该患者于2012年7月9日常规体检液基细胞学,结果:非典型鳞状上皮细胞,意义不明。遂行阴道镜下宫颈活检术,病理结果为慢性宫颈炎伴局部宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN )1。
