农户分化对农村土地经营权抵押贷款意愿的影响分析

The Impact of Farmers' Differentiation on the Willingness of Land Contracted Management Right Mortgage Loan

笔者运用结构方程模型(SEM),以河南省四个试点县(濮阳县、杞县、固始县、汝阳县)的调查材料为依据,对影响农村土地经营权抵押贷款意愿的因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,农户职业分化和经济分化程度对农村土地经营权抵押贷款意愿具有显著影响,在可观测变量中,年龄、文化程度、家庭农业劳动力人数等对土地经营权抵押贷款意愿具有显著影响效应。因此,农村土地经营权抵押贷款政策要注意区分不同阶层农户特点,积极促进农户各阶层职业结构的合理化。

Based on the investigation in four pilot counties （Puyang, Qixian, Gushi, Ruyang） in Henan Province, the author made a statistical analysis on the potential willingness of farmers＇ land contracted right mort- gage loan by using the structural equation model. The results showed that the marginal effect of professional and eco- nomic differentiation was significant on the potential willingness of farmers＇ land contracted right mortgage loan, among other observable variables, age, education, numbers of agricultural labor are significantly positive. Finally, the author gives some proposals, such as promoting the rationalization of farmers＇ professional structure and advan- cing the construction of rural social security system etc. Meanwhile, actively promoting the rationalization of farm- ers＇ professional structure
