摘要
首次在微波场作用下快速合成了类球形亚超细CaS:Sm^(3+),Eu^(2+)磷光体,平均粒径为240~450nm。系统考察了Sm^(3+)、Eu^(2+)双掺离子在不同掺杂浓度时对CaS磷光体荧光性质的影响,并探讨了Sm^(3+)→Eu^(2+)之间的能量传递机理。
In this paper,CaS:Sm3+ ,Eu2- phosphor are firstly synthesized by microwave radiation method(MRM).The materials with submicro-scale(300~400nm) have been characterized by XRD,SEM and the fluorescent spectroscopy. It shows the different concentrations of Sm2+ and Eu2+ differently effects on the fluorescent properties. Sm3+ ion may efficiency enhance the red fluorescence of CaS : Eu2+ phosphor since the energy transfer of Sm3+-Eu2+.
