摘要
本文以阜新地区煤矸石为原料采用低温水热合成法合成了4A分子筛阻垢剂,通过考察碱度、晶化导向剂的加入量、固液比、凝胶形成温度、晶化温度和时间等单因素对合成4A分子筛阻垢剂钙离子交换性能的影响,得出以阜新地区煤矸石为原料合成4A分子筛阻垢剂的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:当碱度为4 mol/L、晶化导向剂加入量为8%,固液比为0.35 g/mL、凝胶形成温度为70℃、晶化温度为80℃、晶化时间为3 h,所制得的4A分子筛的阻垢性能最佳。
4A zeolite inhibitor was synthesized by low temperature hydrothermal synthesis technology with coal gangue from Fuxin. For confirming the optimum preparation condition, the effects of Si/A1 ratio, alkalinity, ratio of solid to liquid, gel formation temperature, crystallization temperature and crystallization time on Ca2 + exchange ability of the as-prepared 4A zeolite inhibitor were investigated. The results show that the optimum condition was confirmed as follows: alkalinity being 4 mol/L, amount of directing agent being 8 %, ratio of solid to liquid being 0.35 g/mL, gel formation temperature of 70 ℃, crystallization temperature of 80 ℃, crystallization time of 3 h.
