摘要
以15年生海棠砧烟富1号品种为试材,研究了叶面喷施0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的硼酸对富士苹果品质和香气成分的影响。结果表明:随硼酸浓度的增加,富士果实中的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量呈增加趋势,平均单果重、硬度和可滴定酸含量无明显差异;叶面喷施一定浓度的硼酸能显著增加富士苹果果实挥发性物质种类和含量,且在本试验的浓度范围内,随叶面喷施浓度的增加,果实挥发性物质含量和种类呈逐渐增加的趋势。
Fifteen-year-old Fuji apple variety Yanfu 1 was used as the material in this experiment . The effects of foliage spraying 0.05%, 0.10%and 0.15%boric acid on fruit quality and aroma components were studied with no boric acid application as contrast .The results showed that with the increase of boric acid concentration , the contents of soluble sugar and soluble solid in apple fruits showed rising trends , but there were no obvious differences in average single fruit weight , firmness and titratable acid content .The foliage ap-plication of boric acid at suitable concentration could significantly increase the kinds and contents of aroma components , and they increased gradually with the increase of boric acid concentration .
