嫁接番茄不同生育期抗病性及其与根际环境的关系 被引量:8

摘要 本试验对嫁接后番茄的根系特征、根际土壤微生物和抗病性进行了初步的研究。结果表明:嫁接番茄发病率和病情指数明显低于自根苗;嫁接番茄的根系活力、根系吸收面积与活跃吸收面积、根际土壤微生物数量与放线菌比例均显著大于自根苗,呼吸强度前期比自根苗低,后期较自根苗高。这表明嫁接番茄根系活力的增加,根系吸收面积增大,根际土壤细菌、放线菌比例增加是其抗病性增强的重要原因。 The root characteristics , quantity of microoganisms and disease resistance of grafted tomato were studied through experiments .The results showed that the grafted plants showed remarkably lower disease incidence and disease index compared to own -rooted seedlings .But grafted tomato had significantly higher root activity , root absorption area and active absorption area , quantity of microorganisms and ratio of actinomy-ces;it also had lower respiration intensity at earlier stage but higher at later stage .It indicated that the in-crease of root activity , root absorption area , ratio of bacteria and actinomyces in rhizosphere soil were the im-portant reasons for the enhancement of disease resistance of grafted tomato .
