Research Progress of Risk Assessment of Pathogenic Microorganism in Agricultural Products

通过对近年来国内外有害微生物风险评估技术的研究,分析阐述了有害微生物风险评估工作四个方面(危害识别、危害描述、暴露评估、风险描述)的主要内容与特点,有害微生物风险评估工作中模型建立的主要方法与所使用的软件,以及国内外近年来有害微生物风险评估研究的特点。

Based on the studies on risk assessment technology of pathogenic microorganism at home and abroad , the main contents and characteristics of four procedures in risk assessment were expounded , including hazard identification , hazard characterization , exposure assessment , and risk characterization .The key meth-ods and softwares in modeling ,the main characteristics in studies on risk assessment of pathogenic microorgan-ism at home and abroad in recent years were also reviewed .
