摘要
介绍了铜合金反向挤压工艺过程,并对挤压生产过程的关键技术进行了分析:采用短行程预应力框架、缸梁整体式后梁的主机结构,设置模轴锁紧装置,保证氧化脱皮壳完整、均匀;采用新研制的弹性固定清理垫装置,有效清理脱皮壳;通过在挤压筒移动缸打开腔油路上设置背压阀,在锁紧腔油路上设置补油阀,实现挤压筒与挤压堵头同步运动;采用反向挤压机用模具自动循环系统,实现铜合金反向挤压生产过程自动化;采用摆入式挤压筒行程限位装置,实现挤压筒的准确可靠定位。研制的铜合金反向挤压设备已投产运行,其运行精度及可靠性、产品质量都明显提高。
According to the requirements of copper alloy indirect extrusion process, the key equipment technol- ogy in the ext^sion production is analyzed. The prestressed short stroke frame and forging back platen integrat- ed main cylinder-beam are adopted to hold device to keep die stem horizontal. The fixed elastic cleaning ring is used to separate the spalling shell effectively. The synchronous control of extrusion cylinder and bulkhead is a- chieved by counterbalance valve and oil replenishment valve. The automatic cyclic system of extrusion die is employed to realize automation of copper alloy indirect extrusion process. The position limiter of extrusion cylin- der is mounted on the extrusion press to implement accurate positioning in production. The technical measures mentioned above improved the running precision and stability of the indirect extrusion press effectively
