摘要
针对采煤机状态监测中传感器布线难引起的通信和能源供给问题,研究一种振动能量供电的无线监测系统,将采煤机械工作时振动能量转化为电能,给工况监测用传感器及信息传输用无线通信模块供电,实现工况监测传感器自供电和智能检测。通过对系统组成功能模块分析,提出了全方向压电能量收集及无线监测系统方案,介绍了全方向能量收集装置结构设计及优化、低功耗能量收集电路设计、俘能器集能效率建模以及无线传感器网络节点能耗分析等模块。研究对解决采煤机在线监测传感器布线难、通信难、能源供给难等问题,改善采煤机工况监测水平具有重要意义。
To overcome the communcation and energy supply difficulties caused by wiring of the sensors in the condition monitoring, a condition monitoring system based on PEH (piezoelectric energy harvesting) and WSN (wireless sensor network) was developed, which could convert vibration energy generated during the operation of the coal shearer into electric energy to supply power to the working condition monitoring sensors and the wire- less communeation module. Based on analysis of the system functional modules, a scheme of condition monito- ring system based on omni-directional PEH and WSN is proposed in this paper. The developing progress of the structure design of omni-directional energy collection device, low power energy harvesting circuit and wireless communication module are introduced. This research solved the problems of sensor wiring, communication, power supply which had to be faced in the origional coal shearers working condition monitoring. It has extremely important significance for improving the condition monitoring level of coal shearer.
