摘要 本文采用弹塑性、大变形和接触非线性有限元法,应用MARC软件对Y型三辊两道冷轧钢管的成型过程进行了分析,得到了钢管在成型过程中横截面的变形图和应力应变的分布规律。根据数值计算结果绘制了钢管冷轧成型过程中的轴向应力、环向和径向应力分布曲线,根据应力分布规律分析了对成品钢管直径和壁厚精度的影响因素。研究成果可以作为冷轧钢管成型工艺参数和成型辊设计的参考。 The forming process of Y-type three-roller couple-channel cold rolling steel tube is analyzed with the elastoplasticity, large deformation and contact nonlinear finite element method and software MARC. Based on the analysis, the cross-section deformation figure and the regularity of stress strain distribution in the forming process of steel tube were obtained. The distribution of the axial stress, circle stress and radial stress in the forming process of steel tube were drawn according to the numerical calculating results. The effect of stress dis- tribution on the diameter and wall thickness accuracy of final steel tube is analyzed. The research achievements can be applied to the design of the process parameters and forming roller of the cold rolling steel tube.
