斜连轧机机架结构动态特性

摘要 为保证斜连轧机正常工作,应考虑其在动载荷下的受力情况和动态特性。分别对斜连轧穿孔机和轧管机机架进行有限元分析,确定其应力集中区。对斜连轧总机架进行有限元模态分析,得到前六阶固有频率和相应振型,分析得知可能发生共振的频率点,对影响机架轧制精度的位置进行了谐响应分析,确定可能发生共振的频率,使机架在轧制过程中远离共振频率。 Dynamic characteristic and Stress distribution under dynamic load should be considered to guarantee skew rolling mill normal work. Through elastic - plastic finite element analysis, stress concentration district was gained. The first six natural frequencies, the corresponding mode shapes are given based on the analysis of the modes, resonance frequency points were gained. Through harmonic response analysis on rack position of affect- ing the rolling precision, the possible resonance frequency points were confirmed to make the frame in the process of rolling away from the resonance frequency.
