三梁四柱型液压机有限元模态分析及结构改进 被引量:3

摘要 针对6300 kN三梁四柱型液压机的结构特点,应用ANSYS软件建立了液压机机架三维有限元模型,完成了整体机架模态分析,得到前十阶固有频率和相应振型。结果表明,机架质量、刚度分布较均衡合理,机架的最低固有频率为17.537Hz。根据模态分析结果,对机架进行改进以增加液压机结构的局部刚度,机架的一阶和二阶固有频率分别提高了14.65%和13.77%。为液压机结构动态设计及优化提供了有益参考。 A three-dimensional model of the hydraulic press frame was built with software ANSYS according to the structural characteristics of 6 300 kN three-beam four-column hydraulic press. The modal analysis of the whole frame was finished. The first ten orders" natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes were achieved. The results show that the distribution of the integral rigidity and frame mass is reasonable, and the minimum natural frequency of the frame is 17. 537 Hz. Based on the modal analysis results, the frame structure was improved to enhance the partial rigidity of the hydraulic press. The first-order and the second-order natural frequencies are increased by 14. 65% and 13.77% respectively. It provided a reference for the dynamic struc- tural design and optimization of hydraulic press.
