摘要
为了降低卷取机传动齿轮换挡装置的故障,提高相关备件的使用寿命,分析了齿轮换挡装置的机械原理,改进了传统换挡装置的结构形式,增加换挡摇杆机构的刚性,改善换挡轴承支撑轴的结构,调整换挡轴承的尺寸,改进换挡齿轮的结构形式。结果表明,换挡装置改进后大大提高了备件的使用寿命,减少了机组停机检修时间,提高了机组的产能。
In order to reduce the fault ratio and improve service life of the gear shifting device of the recoiling reel, the mechanical principle of the gear shifting device was analyzed, the structural style of the gear shifting device was improved, the rigidity of the gear shifting rocking bar mechanism was enhanced, the structure of the supporting shaft for the gear shifting bearings was modified, the size of the gear shifting bearings was changed and the structural form of the shifting gear was improved. The improved result shows that the service life of the new device is prolonged greatly, the maintenance time is reduced and the productivity of the mill is raised.
