摘要
运用三维设计软件Autodesk Inventor进行建模,对某钢厂的80t转炉改造分新炉、老炉及老炉炉口有结渣三种情况倾动不同角度的重心和倾动力矩进行了分析和计算,绘出了转炉倾动力矩曲线图,并根据全正力矩原则进行可行性分析。通过与现场的实际数据对比,计算倾动力矩与现场实际数据基本保持一致。该计算方法简便、直观、准确、使用,为转炉改造提供了重要的参考价值。
Through building a model by Autodesk Inventor three-dimensional software, the gravity position and tilting torque of 80 t converters at different tilting angles were analyzed and calculated to reform the converters with considering three cases of new converters, old converters, and old converters after slagging. The graph of tilting torque was depicted, and the feasibility based on the principle of positive torque was analyzed. It is found that the calculated titling torque agrees well with the actual data. So the method is simple, visual, accurate and practical, offering an important reference for converter reformation.
