摘要
超声波除垢主要是利用超声波强声场处理流体,使流体中成垢物质在超声场作用下,其物理形态和化学性能发生一系列变化,使之分散、粉碎、松散、松脱而不易附着管壁形成积垢,从而达到防垢的目的。系统地介绍了超声波用于锅炉循环水除垢的技术研究成果,全面阐述了该技术在锅炉循环水除垢方面的优势,并就该技术的应用前景与研究方向进行了分析和展望。
Ultrasonic descaling is a technology for processing liquid by ultrasonic, scaling substances in the liquid is processed by ultrasonic field, so that the physical and chemical properties has a series of changes, including dispersing, crushing, loose and not easy adherent wall fouling, so as to achieve the purpose of anti scaling. This paper introduced the ultrasonic for boiler circulating water descaling technology, expounds the advantages of this technique in boiler cir- culating water desealing, application prospect and the research direction of this technology are analyzed and prospected.
