摘要 选用3种大孔吸附树脂AB-8、D101和D113对苹果提取液中原花青素的吸附性能进行研究。结果表明,AB-8树脂分离原花青素的效果较好,吸附率达到68.9%,吸附量为6.42 mg/g树脂。最适条件是pH值为7的原花青素粗提液上柱,以1.0 ml/min流速进行吸附,再以体积分数60%的乙醇、1.0 ml/min的流速进行解吸。 In order to determine the optimum kind of macroporous adsorbent resin, the adsorption per-t'ormance of AB-8, D101 and D113, for procyanidin from apple extract were studied and compared in lhis work. The results were as follows: the macroporous resin AB-8 for column chromatographic separa-lion, the adsorption rate reached 68.9% and the resin of adsorption capacity was 6.42 mg/g. The opti-mum condition were the pH value of sample being eontrolled at 7 and the flowing rate at 1.0 ml/min,60% ethanol used as eluant and the flowing rate at 1.0 ml/min.
