益生菌对青年蛋鸡生长性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 蛋鸡产蛋性能与很多因素相关,其中最重要的就是鸡群开产前的体重。高质量的青年鸡需要开产前体重达到或者超过品种设定的标准。但是在青年母鸡培育过程中经常会因为肠道梭菌等问题使鸡群的体重偏低,发育不良,导致后期生产性能下降。位于荷兰的一家企业(Het Anker公司)遇到了这样的问题。为解决该问题,该公司用益生菌(克洛生TM)来改善鸡群健康,试验共使用了62群鸡,31群空白对照,31群益生菌组,进行了近一年的试验,结果表明益生菌可以明显提高青年蛋鸡的平均体重,比该公司的蛋鸡12周龄标准体重高32 g/只,比空白对照组鸡群高19 g/只。不仅如此,克洛生还能提高鸡群的均匀度,为后期的高产打下良好基础。 The productivity of layer can be affected by many factors; body weight is the most important one of them before laying. High quality pullets should reach their breed standard body weight or over it. But during the growth period there are many diseases and can prohibit them to reach their standard body weight, necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens is one of them. Because of the poor body weight the productivity will be greatly affected. Het Anker one of the pullet production company in the Netherland reported the enteritis and poor body weight problem in their farm; to solve it they de-cided to use CLOSTAT^TM. For almost a whole year, 62 flocks were used in the trail, 31 flocks for con-trol group and 31 flocks for CLOSTAT^TM group. The result showed the average body weight of CLO-STAT^TM group was 32 g higher than the standard body weight given by breeding company, and 19 g higher than the control group. More over CLOSTAT^TM group gave better uniformity to the pullet, which is very beneficial when the pullet were sold and moved to the laying farm.
