摘要
文章以过瘤胃蛋氨酸作为添加剂,探讨其对肉羊生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响。试验选用体重25 kg左右体况良好的杂交一代羊(小尾寒羊♀×道赛特羊♂)56只。随机分为4组,每组14只,其中公羊6只、母羊8只,各组日粮分别按每天每只添加0、3、6、9 g过瘤胃蛋氨酸,试验期56 d。结果表明:就公母综合效果看,3 g/(d·只)组日增重最佳,高于0 g/(d·只)组8.16%;添加6 g/(d·只)过瘤胃蛋氨酸组的公羊日增重高于对照组10.10%;母羊3 g/(d·只)组日增重最高,高出对照组13.46%,但试验各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸对干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的消化率有增高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),对粗蛋白、粗脂肪的消化率基本无影响。
Rumen-protected methionine(RPM) were supplemented in this experiment to research the ef-fects of rumen-protected methionine supplementation on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of sheep. A total of 56 healthy crossbred sheep (Dorset ♂ × Thin-tailed Han sheep ♀ ), aged 4 months and (25±1.09) kg average body weight, were randomly allocated to four groups and fed with different levels of RPM(0, 3, 6, 9 g/d per head ). The experimental period is 56 d. The results showed that RPM supplementation in the diet of sheep have a certain role in weight-gain, but it was non-signifi-cant(P〈0.05). Weight-gain of 3 g/d per head in both males and females is the highest, compared with 0 g/d per head it's increased by 8.16%. Weight-gain of 6 g/d per head in males is the highest, com-pared with 0 g/d per head it's increased by 10.10%. Weight-gain of 3 g/d per head in temales is the highest, compared with 0 g/d per head it's increased by 13.46%. Digestibilities of DM, NDF and ADF had increasing trend, but it's not siginificant (P〈0.05). The digestibilities of CP and EE were not af-fected (P〈0.05).
