慢性疼痛患者的工作记忆损伤及其相关因素 被引量:4

WORKING MEMORY IMPAIRMENT IN CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS AND RELATED FACTORS

摘要 目的:本研究旨在探讨慢性疼痛患者的工作记忆功能及其相关因素。方法:本研究为横断面研究。应用疼痛诊断手册(pain assessment protocol,PAP)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、疼痛自我效能感问卷(pain self-ef?cacy questionnaire,PSEQ)、贝克抑郁量表(Beck depression inventory,BDI)、贝克焦虑量表(Beck anxiety inventory,BAI)和工作记忆指数(working memory index,WMI)对77名慢性疼痛门诊患者和58名正常被试进行了测查。结果:①慢性疼痛患者的算术测验成绩和数字广度顺背测验成绩显著低于正常组(P<0.05);②慢性疼痛患者的工作记忆成绩与年龄、受教育年限、抑郁情绪、疼痛病程相关显著(P<0.05)。结论:慢性疼痛患者的工作记忆功能受损,并受年龄、受教育年限、抑郁情绪、疼痛病程等因素的影响。 Objective: To explore the function of working memory in chronic pain patients and its related factors. Methods: Totally 77 chronic pain patients and 58 healthy controls were included in this cross sectional study. They completed the pain assessment protocol (PAP), the visual analogue scale (VAS), the pain self-efficacy questionnaire (PSEQ), the Beck depression inventory (BDI), the Beck anxiety inventory (BAI) and the working memory index (WMI). Results: (1) The chronic pain patients had poorer performance in the arithmetic subtest and the backward digit span subtest of WMI than the controls (P 〈 0.05). (2) The performance of working memory in chronic pain patients was significantly related with age, years of education, depression, pain duration (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The working memory in chronic pain patients was impaired, the factors of age, years of education, depression and pain duration may contribute to the memory deficits.
