阐述了弹性排班的概念、国内外弹性排班的主要形式,分析了弹性排班在护理人力资源管理应用中存在的问题,期望能对弹性排班的质量改善有所帮助。
It expounded the concept of flexible scheduling, and the major forms of flexible scheduling both at home and in abroad. And it analyzed problems of flexible scheduling existing in application in the management of nursing human resources and excepted to help to improve the quality of flexi- ble scheduling.
