摘要
[目的]构建一套科学、合理、实用的护理学综合性实验评价指标体系。[方法]采用文献分析法、理论分析法和头脑风暴法初步构建护理学综合性实验评价指标体系,运用德尔菲法通过3轮专家咨询和论证确定评价指标及各指标权重。[结果]确立一级指标4项、二级指标21项及其权重;4项一级指标及21项二级指标的协调系数分别是0.945,0.851。[结论]专家对评价指标权重赋值意见协调程度好、可信度高,可用于对护理学综合性实验的评价。
Objective： To build a set of scientific, reasonable and practical assessment indicator system of nursing comprehensive experiment. Meth- ods ：Preliminary building assessment indicator systems of nursing compre- hensive experiment with document analysis method,theory analysis meth- od and brainstorming method, to confirm evaluation index and various in- dexs weight applying Delphi Method by 3 rounds expert consultation and argument. Results： Foru first indicators and 21 secondary indicators and their weights were established. The coordination coefficient of 4 the first indicators and 21 secondary indicators were respectively 0. 945 and 0. 851. Conclusion. The coordination degree of experts ＇ assignment is better for e- valuation index weight. Its reliability is higher. It can be used to evaluate nursing comprehensive experiments.
