摘要
对钢材锈蚀检测技术的研究现状进行介绍,分析布里渊光纤传感器的测量机理。在试验条件下,采用布里渊光纤传感器对浸入氯化钠水溶液的预制直埋热水保温管工作钢管外壁的锈蚀程度进行监测。布里渊光纤传感器灵敏度高,可有效监测工作钢管外壁前期锈蚀情况,监测范围大,可满足实际工程需求。
The research status of steel corrosion detection technology is introduced, and the measure- ment mechanism of Brillouin fiber optic sensor is analyzed. Brillouin fiber optic sensor is used for monito- ring the corrosion extent of steel carrier pipe outer wall of prefabricated directly buried hot water insulating pipe immersed in aqueous sodium chloride solution under the experimental condition. Brillouin fiber optic sensor can effectively monitor the early stage corrosion of the steel carrier pipe outer wall due to its high sensitivity, and can meet the demand of practical engineering due to its large monitoring scope.
