摘要
采用红外碳硫仪测定耐火材料中碳化硅的含量,选用多元助熔剂(LHDY01),缩短了操作时间,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1.0%(n=8)。用该方法对两种碳化硅耐火材料样品进行测定,测定结果分别为16.16%,15.64%,与化学法测定结果 (15.99%,15.38%)相符合。该方法的精确度满足化学分析要求。
The silicon content of refractories containing silicon-carbide was determined by infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer. Multiple fulx (LHDY01) was used to shorten the operation time and reduce the analysis error. The relative standard deviation of determination results was less than 1.0%(n=8). Two samples were detected by this method, the results were 16.16%,15.64%, which were consistent with those (15.99%,15.38%) detected by chemical method. Precision and accuracy of the method can meet the requirement of chemical analysis.
