摘要
中国与拉丁美洲的经济关系近10年来日益紧密。本文考察了中拉之间的贸易、外国直接投资(FDI)以及其他资金流动的增长,并指出中国在该地区的利益在于获取原材料、找寻制成品出口的市场以及在此与台湾进行"外交"争夺。本文还论及了中拉关系的不对称性,这可以从双边贸易对双方的相对重要性、贸易流的构成以及FDI的差额之中看出来。这些都表明中拉关系具有许多"中心—边缘"关系的特征。然而,中国还远非拉美地区的一支新的霸权力量;而且对拉美国家来说,与美国以及欧洲的关系的重要性仍旧大于与中国的关系。
