缺血性脑小血管病相关危险因素临床分析

目的探讨缺血性脑小血管病相关危险因素。方法收集本院确诊的缺血性脑小血管病患者87例作为观察对象,同期86例非小血管病的脑梗塞患者作为对照组;对两组的发病危险因素进行分析、总结。结果观察组中高血压病、糖尿病、高脂血症、血同型半胱氨酸及C反应蛋白含量、吸烟、酗酒等因素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、血同型半胱氨酸及C反应蛋白含量、吸烟、酗酒是引起脑小血管病的危险因素,控制和避免上述危险因素是降低脑小血管病发病率的重要手段。

Objective To investigate the danger factors of cerebral small vessel disease. Methods 87 cases with ischemic cerebral small vessel disease were collected as observation object ,and cerebral infarction patients with 86 cases of non small vessel disease was as control group. The danger factors of two groups were analyzed . Results The observation group of hypertension, diabetas , hyperlipide-mid , high homocysteine, C reactive protein, smoking, drinking and other factors is higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion A long-term high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperhipidemid, high homocysteine, C reactive protein, smoking, drinking are danger factors for cerebral small vessel disease, therefore, controlling the danger factors mentioned above is an important means of reducing the incidence of cerebral small vessel disease.
