泌尿系统微生物检验病原菌结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的对泌尿系统的微生物进行检验,分析其病原菌检验结果。方法选取本院2012年3月-2013年3月接收治疗的68例泌尿系统感染患者,对其进行细菌培养,进行微生物检验,以对其病原菌结果进行分析。结果在进行的培养的120株菌株中,革兰阴性菌为71株,占59.2%,主要为大肠埃希菌;革兰阳性菌为29株,占24.2%,主要为鸟肠球菌和粪肠球菌;假丝酵母菌20株,占16.7%,主要为白假丝酵母菌。其中大肠埃希菌对于阿米卡星、亚胺培南以及舒巴坦具有较高敏感性,鸟肠球菌对于舒巴坦、亚胺培南、阿莫西林以及头孢他啶具有较高敏感性,白假丝酵母菌则是对于呋喃妥因、利奈唑胺、青霉素G、替考拉宁、头孢呋辛以及万古霉素具有较高敏感性。其中革兰阴性菌产ESBLs的检测结果显著,肺炎克雷伯菌属具有较高检出率,达60.0%。结论泌尿系统微生物检验病原菌结果显示,其主要为革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌,在对其进行抗菌药物使用中,可以依照其微生物检验病原菌结果进行,从而提高其抗菌药物使用有效性,减少耐药菌株的出现。 Objective To test microorganism to urinary system, and analyze the pathogenic bacteria test results. Methods 68 patients with urinary system infection in the hospital received treatment from March 2012 to March 2013,the, bacterial culture was done for the microbiological testing, analysis, to the results of pathogen. Results In 120 strains were cultured, gram negative bacteria was 71 strains, the percentage was 59.2%, mainly Escherichia coli;gram positive bacteria was 29 strains, the percentage was 24.2%, mainly for Enterococcus and Enterococcus faecalis;Candida albicans strain 20, the percentage was 16.7%, mainly for Candida albicans. The Escherichia coli is sensitive to Amikacin, imipenem and sulbactam, enterococcus has higher sensitivity to Shubatan, imipenem and ceftazidime, amoxicillin, candida albicans is for nitrofurantoin, linezolid, penicillin G, Ti Koa Laing, cefuroxime and vancomycin has higher sensitivity. The detection results of ESBLs producing gram negative bacteria leather blue significantly, Klebsiella genus has higher detection rate, up to 60%.Conclusions Urinary tract microbial test results show the main pathogenic bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, the antimicrobial use to it, can be in accordance with the microbial test pathogen results, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the antibacterial drugs use, reduce the occurrence of drug resistant strains.
