冠心宁联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨冠心宁联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将82例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组常规治疗的基础上给予冠心宁联合稳心颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.1%,显著高于对照组的78.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗过程中两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论采用冠心宁联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效确切,药物副作用小,且操作较为简便,是一种理想的治疗方式,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guanxinning combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 82 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group, all cases were given conventional treatment, based on this cases in observation group were given Guanxinning combined with Wenxin granule treatment, compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.11%, significantly higher than that in control group（78%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse reactions in the course of treatment. Conclusion Taking Guanxinning combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary hea：rt disease has good clinical effect,, and the operation is simple, it is an ideal treatment method, worthy of further clinical application.
