中职护生学习自主性的培养 被引量:1

摘要 目的摸索培养培养中职护生的学习自主性的方法及效果。方法选取本校笔者管理的2011级中职护理班级56名学生作为研究对象,采取师生换位,养成教育,榜样激励,奖惩结合,结果学生学习氛围浓厚,具有良好的听课习惯,能积极主动地学习,校内考试科目的通过率>90%,成人高考报考率达94%,成人高考上线率为73.4%,就读率为88.9%。结论中职护生可塑性大,通过正确引导和合理培养,能够成为自觉学习的学生。 Objective To explore the methods and effectiveness of developing vocational nursing students' learning autonomy. Methods 56 vocational nursing students that be Class 28 of grade 2011 in the school were selected for research-subjects.To take measures of the role of teacher-student,developing-education,model-incentives, rewards and punishments combination methods were adopted to cultivate the students' learning autonomy. To observe learning-atmosphere of the class , learning-habits of the students , pass-rate of subjects, the rate of adult-college entrance examination and its online-rate、attending-rate index,etc. Results Students had good learning-habits with best learning-atmosphere,they studied initiatively and confidently.Their pass-rate of subjects was over 90%, the rate of adult-college entrance examination be 94.3%and its online-rate be 73.4%、attending-rate be 88.9%. Conclusion Vocational nursing students plasticity, through proper guidance and rational culture, that could become more conscious-learning student.
