8例心内膜垫缺损术后二尖瓣反流患儿的护理

Nursing care of 8 children with mitral regurgitation following the surgery of fixing endocardial cushion defects

回顾8例心内膜垫缺损术后发生二尖瓣反流患儿的监护要点。具体包括:密切观察心内膜垫缺损术后发生二尖瓣反流患儿的病情变化,积极维护左心功能,严格控制液体出入量,加强低心排综合征的护理,防治肺动脉高压等。本组6例病情平稳出院,2例死亡。

This paper retrospectively summarizes the nursing care of 8 children with mitral regurgitation following the surgery of fixing endocardial cushion defects. The key points in nursing were closely observing the postoperative changes in symptoms and conditions of the patients,actively maintaining the left heart function,strictly controlling the intake and output of fluid,carefully nursing the patients with low cardiac output syndrome and preventing pulmonary hypertension. As a result,six cases were discharged with stable condition and two cases died.
