1例行机器人前正中入路肝尾状叶肿瘤切除术患者的术中护理

总结1例采用达芬奇机器人行前正中入路肝尾状叶肿瘤切除术的护理配合。术前手术室护士参与病例讨论,做好术前准备。术中巡回护士做好有效的体位安置及术中监护,器械物品准备充分,并确保机器人系统的正常运转;洗手护士做好机器人系统的无菌操作,以及机械手臂的更换,及时沟通,主动配合手术,并应对各类突发事件。患者顺利完成手术,肿瘤被完整切除,肉眼无残留。手术时间360min,术中出血300ml,无术中、术后输血,术后无明显并发症,恢复良好,术后14d顺利出院。

This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of a patient undergoing robotic anterior hepatic transection for caudate lobectomy with middle anterior approach. The operating room nurses participated in the preoperative case discussion and finished full preparation. The circuit nurse put appropriate position,closely observed the patient＇s condition,fully prepared instruments and safeguarded the smooth operation of the robotic system during the operation. The instrument nurse strictly complied with aseptic principles,changed the robotic arms timely in the use of robotic system,communicated with the surgeons in time,initiatively cooperated the operation and well dealt with all kinds of accidental events. The operation was successfully completed under the robot surgical system and the tumor was removed completely. The operating time was 360min and the estimate blood loss was 300ml. There was no intraoperative or postoperative blood transfusion. No postoperative complication was found. The patient recovered well and was discharged after 14 days.
