摘要
作为分配制度变革的股票期权计划,在发达国家运用已有近30年的历史,成为企业一种有效的激励机制。随着我国企业改革的深化与市场经济的确立,急需探索一条科学有效的激励机制。在我国现行的法律体系下,股票期权计划这种长期激励机制吸引了越来越多的注意力。本文对我国在推行股票期权计划的实践中所产生的一些问题作了初步的探讨。
In developed countries it has been thirty years for the usage of stock option projects as the innovation of distribution system. And now it is a useful incentive mechanism.With the reform on enterprises and the f ormation of market economy, it's high time to find a scientific and useful incen tive mechanism. Under the present law system of our country, people pay more and more attention to the stock option projects as a long-term incentive mechanism. In this article there is some initial study about some problems that come from the usage of stock option projects.
