上海快递运输业能耗现状与低碳发展模式探索

Current situation of energy consumption and exploration on low-carbon development mode in express service industry in Shanghai

本研究总结了上海快递业目前的发展规模,并初步分析了快递业对上海发展低碳城市的影响特征。上海已发展成为全国快递企业总部聚集最多的城市,多家民营快递企业的全国总部以及部分国际快递公司的中国区或华东区总部均设在上海,快递总部经济带来的产业聚集效应日益显现。在国家和上海市积极发展低碳国家和城市的号召下,日益发展的快递物流活动必会加重城市碳排放以及带来其他的负面影响。因此,发展低碳快递已成为今后快递业的发展方向,需要探索快递业的低碳发展模式,并提出未来快递业低碳发展的推进策略。

This study firstly summarized the current development scale of express-service industry in Shanghai. Then, the effecting characteristics of express-service industry on Shanghai low-carbon city planning were preliminarily analyzed. Shanghai has developed into a city with the largest number of headquarters of express enterprises in China. Many privately-owned express enterprises set their national headquarters in Shanghai international express headquarters economy , as well as parts of Chinese or East China branch headquarters of many companies. As a result, Express-service industry agglomeration effects of have become more apparent. However, growing express logistics activities will increase the carbon emissions and have other negative effects to the city, which would influence the low- carbon development planning brought out by Chinese government and Shanghai council. Therefore, the mode of low-carbon express industry has become the future development objective. Both government and enterprises should explore the suitable development mode of express-service and put forward the corresponding promoting strategy of low-carbon economy in the future.
