摘要
目前,常用的几种铜发黑工艺存在许多问题,成熟的常温着色工艺未见报道。研究了黄铜拉链黑古铜色的着色工艺,讨论了各因素对其的影响,确定了黄铜拉链黑古铜色着色的工艺条件:2~4mL/L磷酸,3—5g/LCuSO4·5H2O,1.0~1.5g/LSeO2,7~14mL/L辅助发黑剂;pH值2—3,常温,时间5~8min。该工艺发黑的黄铜拉链黑度纯正,膜层结晶细致,坚固耐磨,而且操作简便,生产成本低。
Several currently used black coloring technologies for brass face various unanswered problems,and no practicable room temperature coloring technology for brass is reported in literature.Thus black antique brass coloring technology for brass zipper was studied,the influences of various factors were discussed,and the optimized black antique brass coloring technology for brass zipper was established. Results indicated that desired coloring solution consisted of 2 ~ 4 mL / L phosphoric acid( H3PO4),3 ~ 5 g/L CuSO4·5H2O,1. 0 ~ 1. 5 g / L SeO2,and 7 ~14 mL/L auxiliary blackening agent,while the optimized coloring condition was suggested as pH value of 2 ~ 3,room temperature,and coloring time of 5 ~ 8 min. The present coloring technology for brass zipper is easy to operate and has a low cost. Corresponding black antique brass coloring film has pure blackness as well as good fastness and wear resistance,while it consists of fine crystallites.
