γ辐照交联对三聚氰胺/PA6阻燃防熔滴性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将纺丝级聚己内酰胺(PA6)与三聚氰胺以及辐敏剂三烯丙基氰尿酸酯(TAC)共混后造粒压片,再经γ辐射。研究了辐照交联对其阻燃防熔滴性能和热降解行为的影响。结果表明:在12 kGy^100 kGy的辐照剂量范围内,不含TAC的阻燃体系,辐射后氧指数有小幅度的增加,熔滴情况变化不大;含TAC的阻燃体系,随辐照剂量和三聚氰胺用量的增加,氧指数逐渐增加,熔滴情况逐步得到改善直至无熔滴,垂直燃烧性能达UL94V-0级。热重分析表明,辐射后阻燃体系的残炭量较辐射前有明显提高。对燃烧后的炭层形貌观察后发现,辐照后炭层变得结实、致密。 Flammability, dripping performance and thermal stability of polyamide-6 containing melamine were investigated after irradiation cross-linking with and without the presence of triallylcyanurate(TAC). Irradiation cross-linking and the addition of TAC result in the increase of limiting oxygen index (LOI) and achievement of UL-94 V-0. In the case of no TAC, LOI value changes a little and there are still flame drips before and after irradiation cross-linking. Thermo gravimetric analysis indicates that the amount of non-volatile residue at 600 ℃ increases greatly after irradiation cross-linking. Furthermore the char morphology observation after flame-retardant tests show that a denser and continuous residual char is formed.
