摘要 环境敏感高分子在生物医用领域有着广泛的应用前景。文中介绍了近年来用于药物和基因传递的环境敏感高分子的研究进展,主要包括pH敏感、温度敏感、还原敏感、光敏感及多重敏感高分子材料。阐述了这些高分子材料在药物和基因传递过程中的特点和优势,说明了材料的化学结构及环境响应性能对传递效率的影响,展望了药物和基因传递用高分子材料的研究及应用前景。 Environmental sensitive polymers have promising applications in drug and gene delivery. In this article, the recent research progress in environmental sensitive polymers, including pH sensitive, temperature sensitive, reduction sensitive, photo sensitive and multiple stimuli sensitive polymers, for drug and gene delivery was reviewed, with the emphasis on the features and advantages of these polymer materials in drug and gene delivery. The effects of chemical structures and stimuli responsive properties of the materials on the drug and gene delivery efficiency were highlighted. The research trends and perspectives of these polymer materials were discussed.
