摘要
综述了超声波应用在聚合物熔体加工成型过程的相关研究。从超声波对聚合物熔体的物理和化学作用两方面分别阐述超声波辅助加工作用机理,超声波辅助加工能够改善加工性能,增强分子扩散,调控形态结构;超声波产生的力化学作用会诱导大分子链断裂,实现不相容聚合物体系原位增容和非极性聚合物功能化改性(接枝共聚)。展望了超声波在聚合物熔体加工中的工业化前景。
In this paper, the research progress in ultrasound assisted processing of polymer melt was reviewed. Ultrasound showsphysical and chemical effects on polymer melt during processing, resulting in improved processing performance, enhanced molecular diffusion and controllable morphology structure. The force generated by ultrasound induced the chain scission of macromolecules, and then in-situ compatibilization of incompatible polymer and functionalized non-polar polymer (grafting copolymer) could be achieved. The outlook for industrialization of ultrasound assisted processing was also evaluated.
