自制冠周冲洗器进行护理干预促进急性冠周炎早期愈合的随机对照研究

A randomized controlled trial of nursing intervention with self-made pericoronal syringe for promoting early healing of acute pericoronitis

目的探讨自制冠周冲洗器在急性冠周炎患者早期愈合中的应用效果。方法将200例急性冠周炎患者按完全随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组用自制冠周冲洗器行口腔冲洗,对照组采用常规的口腔疗法。对患者的舒适度、并发症、操作时间进行比较。结果在患者舒适度和操作时间上观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组患者的并发症比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论自制冠周冲洗器在急性冠周炎患者早期愈合中的应用效果明显优于常规疗法,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of self-made pericoronal syringe for promoting early healing for patients with acute pericoronitis .Method According to completely randomized digital table ,80 cases patients with acute pericoronitis were selected and divided equally into experimental group and control group .The experi-mental group lavaged with homemade pericoronal and the control group using conventional oral therapy .The com-fort level ,operation time ,complications of the patients was recorded and compared between two groups .Result The patient comfort level and operation time in experimental group were better than that of control group （P〈0 .05 , P〈0 .01） .There was no statistical significance in complications of patients between two groups .（P〉0 .05） .Conclu-sion Self-made pericoronal syringe are valuable to advocate clinically for their merit for promoting early healing of a-cute pericoronitis .
