摘要
利用直径250mm的水力旋流器开展了泥、沙分级的工业性试验,研究了入料压力对旋流器分级效率和浓缩效果的影响规律。结果表明:水力旋流器的最佳分级效率与最佳浓缩效率处于不同的压力操作区间,旋流器的底流浓度入料压力增大而持续提高,但分级效率则呈先缓慢上升到临界点,然后急剧下降的趋势。实际操作时,应当合理控制旋流器入料压力,避免因过度浓缩而牺牲分级效率。
The relationship between cyclone feed pressure verse the classifying and the thickening performances were studied with the industrial operating 250mm diameter fine sand recovery cyclones was studied. It was shown that the optimal classifying and thickening performances were got at different feeding pressure. The concentration of the underflow increases with the pressure. When the pressure is lower than the critical point, the classifying efficiency increases steadily with the pressure , but when it is over the point, the classifying efficiency decreases rapidly. In practice , the feeding pressure should be set near the rational point to avoid sacrificing classifying efficiency.
