中关铁矿掘进巷道综合防治水技术研究 被引量:18

摘要 为在保障安全的前提下减少探水钻孔数量,降低中关铁矿巷道掘进突水风险,应用地质雷达、红外探水仪探测及超前钻孔综合手段对掘进巷道进行超前探测预报,在富水区域进行注浆堵水试验研究,形成了井下综合超前地质预报方案,确定了合理的钻孔布置及注浆参数。最终形成了中关巷道掘进综合预报-钻孔验证-注浆堵水的防治水方案。结果表明,该综合防治水技术的应用可明显提高施工进度,保障安全,可在类似大水矿山推广应用。 In order to decreasing drilling holes for exploring water and reducing the risk of water inrush in Zhongguan ore mine, comprehensive advance geology prediction was researched by comprehensive means including ground penetrating radar, infrared detection and advancing hole. Reasonable layout of drill hole and parameter of grouting was determined by research of grouting for stopping up water in water-- rich area. Zhongguan ore mine water prevention scheme which include comprehensive advance geology prediction, drilling holes verification and grouting for stopping up water was determined. The results showed that the application of comprehensive water prevention could improve the construction speed obviously and ensuring safety. The scheme could be used in Similar mine with great water.
