摘要
本文简要介绍了槲皮素抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗微生物等生物学功能,并就其在鸡生产中的应用作一综述。
This article reviewed the biological functions of quercetin including anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-microbial activities, as well as its application in chicken production were also introduced.
