Ideological Work with “Daring to Strong- arm Reaction”

经济工作是我们党的中心工作,这是由我国当前社会的主要矛盾决定的。意识形态工作具有极端重要性,它是关系到党和社会主义制度前途命运的一项重要工作。我国当前意识形态领域面临着严峻而复杂的形势,这不能不引起人们高度重视。在意识形态领域要有"敢于亮剑"的精神,旗帜鲜明地支持正确观点、批判错误观点。

Economical work is the main task of the CPC, which is determined by current major social contradiction of China. Ide- ological work is of great importance for it is a task related to the future of China and the Socialist System. Nowadays the ideolog- ical work in China is confronted with a severe and complicated situation, to which greater attention has to be paid. Therefore, there should be a spirit of ＂daring to strong - arm reaction＂ in the field of the ideology, strongly supporting the correct views and criticizing the incorrect ones.
