摘要 大学英语教学改革模式下教师角色转变需要什么条件?涉及的相关因素及其关联度是什么?怎样才能促进大学英语教师角色转变?针对这些问题作者以贵州部分高校为例,从大学英语教师职业发展、大学英语教学改革和学生视域三个维度对大学英语教师角色转变进行了调查研究。 What conditions should be required to the changes of college English teachers' roles under the college English teaching reformation? What arc the factors and their correlation to the changes of teacher roles? How to improve and accelerate the changes of college English teachers' roles? Based on the cases of some colleges and universities in Guizhou province, the investigation and research on the Changes of College English Teachers' Roles was done centering on three dimensions of the professional devel- opment of college English teachers, the college English teaching reform and the field of vision from students.
