摘要
研究了离心铸造 6 5Mn/Q2 35复合钢板的力学性能及断口形貌 ,并与爆炸复合同种钢板比较 .结果表明 ,其剪切、抗拉、抗弯强度略高于 6 5Mn/Q2 35爆炸复合钢板 ,复合界面过渡层宽 5 0 μm左右 。
Presents the study on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 65Mn/Q235 composite steel plate and concludes that its shearing strength, tensile strength and bending strength are a little higher than of 65Mn/Q235 explosive composite steel plate, the width of composite interface is about 50 μm and the bond between interfaces is firm.
