摘要
提出了适于双联齿轮的半精锻工艺 ,齿面的最小单边加工余量为 0 .5mm ,齿形曲线用“圆弧 -直线-圆弧”简化 .将双色塑性泥在 10 0 0kN材力试验机上进行了模拟试验 ,2 0CrH钢在 10 0 0 0kN摩擦压力机上进行了生产试验 .试验结果表明 :双联齿轮的半精锻工艺可行 ,模具设计合理 。
Presents the study on a semi precision forging process suitable for dual gear, by which, the machining tolerance of a single side achievable on the contour of the gear is 0.5 mm and the involute tooth profile is simplified with the curves combined by arc line arc through experiments made with white black plasticine in 1 000 kN hydraulic press and with 20CrH steel in 10 000 kN mechanical screw press respectively, and concludes that the semi precision process of dual gear is feasible, the die design is reasonable and the impression can be fulfilled.
